DNA Spin Column & 2.0ml Collection Tubes

These packs of individual spin columns can be used both with our own range of spin column kits and also those of other brands (eg. Qiagen). These columns will allow you to get maximum use out of your existing buffers. The spin columns come complete with attached lid and 2-ml collection tubes. The silica membrane has a fine capillary structure thereby ensuring fast flow rates and high loading capacity. These columns allow selective adsorption of DNA and can be used following the “bind-wash-elute” procedure, DNA binding under high chaotropic salt conditions and elution under low salt conditions
